No Return & Refund Policy

At Prime Sports, we strive to provide high-quality sports equipment and fitness gear to all our customers. To maintain the integrity of our products and offer the best possible prices, we operate under a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Badminton Rackets: Due to the technical nature of strings and frames.

• Customized Gear: Equipment with custom engraving or stringing.

• Accessories: Shuttlecocks, grips, and apparel.

2. Exceptions for Damages

We only offer a replacement if the item is proven to be damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered.

• Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Proof Required: A clear, continuous unboxing video (from opening the seal to showing the defect) is mandatory for any damage claims.

• Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same product. No cash refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your payment.
