Thank you for choosing Prime Sports. We aim to deliver your sports equipment and fitness gear safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during tournament seasons or summer camps), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery (Palakkad): Next-day delivery may be available.

Domestic (Within India): Estimated 5–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timelines.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims
Because we operate under a No Return and No Refund policy, we take great care in packaging your items (especially professional rackets).
Important: To protect your purchase against transit damage, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start from the unopened package showing the shipping label and continue until the product is fully inspected. Without this video, we cannot process claims for damages caused by the courier.
5. Damages and Lost Packages

Prime Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the customer cannot provide an unboxing video.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any reshipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
